Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup water or milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup oats
Directions:
- Break banana into pieces and put into blender along with oats, protein powder, and milk.
- Blend until smooth and enjoy!
